Works Order Creation - Edit Menu Options

When you are processing a works order, you can use the options under the EDIT menu to perform various tasks such as editing the works order header, choosing between editing items and text, and completing kit items on the works order.

1. Create a new works order, or recall an existing one.

Refer to "Creating a New Works Order" or "Recalling a Works Order".

2. Complete the header details then select PROCEED or press F2.

Micronet displays the Works Order Creation screen.

3. Optionally, you can perform any of the following edits or actions on the Works Order Creation screen if required:

• edit the works order header - refer to "Works Order Creation - Edit - Header"
• choose to manage either items or text for the works order - refer to "Works Order Creation - Edit - Item / Text"
• flag all kit items on the works order as completed - refer to "Works Order Creation - Edit - Complete All"
• select the kit items on the works order to be flagged as completed - refer to "Works Order Creation - Edit - Ask All".
